Warranty & Support Policy
Coverage and support details for AISBOX commercial ice machines.
1. Warranty coverage
Selected AISBOX packages include warranty coverage of up to 36 months for manufacturing defects and specified components. Warranty terms vary by model and package and are detailed in the signed customer agreement.
2. What is covered
The warranty generally covers the compressor, control board, condenser, water pump and other major electrical components against manufacturing defects under normal commercial use, subject to the terms of the warranty certificate.
3. What is not covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorised modifications, power surges, lack of proper water filtration, external environmental factors or failure to follow operating and maintenance instructions.
4. Service and support
AISBOX provides technical support via WhatsApp and scheduled on-site service visits where applicable. 24-hour technical support is available for urgent machine breakdowns and critical operational issues.
5. Filter and maintenance
Regular filter changes and preventive maintenance are recommended to keep the machine performing optimally and to preserve warranty coverage. Maintenance schedules are provided upon installation.
